Things have been a bit quiet from the Green Team since we got our Eco-congregation award. But during the summer we have been gathering some publicity for our project.
On 25th July - the day we had our award presentation - Philip from the Green Team got up early to be interviewed on BBC Radio Oxford’s Sunday breakfast show.
There has been an article in the Methodist Recorder.
And we were featured in the Creation Challenge website - the environmental network of the Methodists, Baptists and URC.
The Green Team met last week and there are some good projects in the pipeline - more about those later.
And things have not been quiet at the church over the summer. We've launched a new church magazine - with a regular Eco-congregation slot. And we have a new minister, and we've already got him involved in the Green Team.
